1. Ulele

The story of Ulele, a restaurant in Tampa Bay Florida has been around since December 2012. It is the first restaurant to offer authentic Tampa Bay Native American cuisine. The menu varies seasonally but always includes fresh seafood and an assortment of meats cooked over an open fire pit. Customers are encouraged to dine outdoors on picnic tables with family-style service for large groups or enjoy their meal inside at one of the rustic wooden tables that give it a cabin feel. 

The food is prepared by Executive Chef Chris Wilson who was born into the Muscogee Creek Nation tribe and grew up hunting deer, squirrels, raccoon, possum, rabbit and quail just like his ancestors before him. His father taught him how to prepare these. Visit Ulele

Season 52 is a modern American tavern with an elevated take on familiar favorites and locally sourced ingredients.
